Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

Infinity Quartz & Cabinets LLC is committed to quality, craftsmanship, and providing exceptional finished products. Given the custom and delicate nature of natural stone and solid surface fabrication, our policy regarding returns and refunds is detailed below.

1. Custom Fabrication & Installed Products

All of our products, including granite, marble, quartz, and solid surfaces, are custom-fabricated to your specific project needs. For this reason:

  • No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind: Once fabrication has begun, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-cut materials due to a change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or natural variations in stone color or pattern.
  • Deposits: Once fabrication begins, all deposits become non-refundable.
  • Acceptance of Material: By approving the slab material and template, the customer accepts the stone’s color, veining, and natural characteristics.

2. Condition of Slab: Delivery and Pick-Up

This is the most critical part of our policy: Our responsibility for the condition of the material ends once the slab is transferred to a third-party carrier or customer.

Delivery by Infinity Quartz & Cabinets LLCIf the material is damaged during transportation by our team, we will replace or repair the product at no extra cost. Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Pick-Up or Delivery by Third-Party CarrierNO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.

STRICT POLICY: THIRD-PARTY TRANSPORTATION

If the slab leaves the premises of Infinity Quartz & Cabinets LLC using any delivery service, courier, or transportation arranged by the customer (or by a third party other than our authorized delivery personnel), Infinity Quartz & Cabinets LLC bears NO responsibility for the material’s condition upon arrival at the destination.

Under no circumstances will we offer a change, replacement, or refund if the slab is:

  • Damaged (e.g., broken, cracked, chipped).
  • Lost or misplaced.
  • Found to have defects, flaws, or imperfections upon arrival.

The customer or their selected carrier assumes all liability and risk for the safe transport of the slab once it leaves our facility.

3. Installation Warranty

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. For projects installed by Infinity Quartz & Cabinets LLC, we offer a limited labor warranty covering defects in fabrication or installation for a specified period. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper use or maintenance.
  • Physical abuse, chipping, or breakage after installation.
  • Chemical abuse or use of inappropriate cleaning products.
  • Settling or structural issues unrelated to the countertop installation.
  • Installation performed by a third party.

4. Cancellations

  • Before Fabrication: If an order is canceled before the fabrication process has begun, the deposit may be partially refunded, minus any costs already incurred by us (such as templating fees, material ordering, or design time).
  • After Fabrication: Once fabrication has started, the contract cannot be canceled, and the full agreed-upon price is due.
